A LITTLE BIT ABOUT SILVIA AND ERNESTO:

Silvia, my wife, is the General Manager of "All American People Tours" for the Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya and Cancun areas. She speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French and has 15 years experience taking care of all our clients needs. She has the ability to arrange Weddings, Conventions, Special Events, Group Activities, Real Estate and Management Business and more. Her Sales and Information Booth is located in Playa Del Carmen next to the main pier of "NAVEGA" Riviera Maya.

Silvia is an expert on the history of the Mayan Culture and loves everything related to Nature, Ecology, loves to snorkel, dive, climb mountains and just loves to have fun.

Silvia has a working knowledge of the Canadian and American cultures and way of living of the citizens of those countries since she has spent so much time studying and working in those areas.



Silvia seeks perfection in everything she does. She is commited to her work and approaches it with professionalism. She sees that all our clients are treated as such. She is a joy to meet, talk to and deal with.




I am Ernesto, General Manager for Cozumel Division and overseer of all the tours and services for All American Tours. I speak Spanish, English and Italian and have 38 years experience serving tourists from all over the world.

We started many years ago with hard work and a solid business idea. Today we are able to handle hundreds of tourists, American, Canadian and other nationalities weekly. We have contracts with the biggest tour companies in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. We operate one catamaran with a maximum capacity of 30 people, glass bottom boats which carry 20 passengers each and 10 people each. We have our offices in Cozumel and in Playa Del Carmen.

I am an expert on Scuba Diving. I have been an instructor for many years and had managed 3 different dive shops. For many years I owned and operated the "Discover Cozumel Diving" dive shop. I started that shop in 1971. Like alot of people, I came to Cozumel to visit, fell in love with the island and decided to stay.



Silvia and I are the ones who meet and greet the customers. We want to give personal service to all our clients. We don't sit behind a desk. We work with our clients to bring the best service possible.
