CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tours must be pre-paid before tour date.

-Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the tour, refund less a cancellation fee of $10usd is applicable
-Cancellations made within 48 hours, 50% charges will proceed
-If you don't show up or miss the tour, no refund is applicable
-Cruise ship passengers , if you are going to miss the tour due to a change in ship's itinerary, you must notify change of schedule prior to 48 hours of the tour starting time for a full refund., Cruise ships have telephone faxes and e-mails.
-Under extremely bad weather conditions, tour will be re-scheduled to fit your travel dates and in the event of limit stay, a full refund will be applicable.
Cancellation must be confirmed by IMC for full refund to apply.
